Here is a small review space for the perfumes that I have or used to have.

Prada Candy

I guess this is what I’d consider a good casual scent, I can comfortably wear it any time and it combines my two favorite elements of gourmand and powder. But it lacks projection and doesn’t last as long as I’d like. If this were strong enough to really leave an impression I would have no doubts making it my signature scent. Long live 2011.

Pink Sugar

The most shocking thing to me about this fragrance is how I wore it religiously in high school yet it hasn’t become an odor of misery from that time. I got my first bottle in a long time a couple years ago and I loved it just as much as I did back then, no sad teenage memories attached. Just syrupy sugar goodness. The projection and longevity is lethal, as it should be.

Curious

Another one I deeply wish had more power and lasted beyond a couple hours. I love the chilly, aquatic atmosphere that never turns too hard into astringency. I think it deserves just as much praise as Fantasy although I haven’t tried that one yet.

Coach Love

I had the plain Coach until it ran out and liked it as a basic bitch scent, this one starts with a wildly artificial strawberry assault but the note blends into the Coach formula really well as it dries. Super fun and feels like spring. Could be good hair perfume.

Last Heaven

Now this is a scent that I can’t wear anymore. I still want Ruki to restock it though. It’s a uniquely fresh and dry floral that encapsulates the period of its launch, summer 2017, so potently that I just hold the bottle and wail.

R.E.M.

Lavender is not typically something I enjoy but this fragrance is crazy. The salted caramel and powdery blanket wrapping the lavender up in a super soft bundle is amazing to wear to sleep or on a cloudy day.

Desert Rosewood

My hot take is that this is a summer fragrance because I love the dry, wooden smell of the desert while the sun is blazing and I’m chronically dehydrated. Decent sillage and longevity. Notably the only “spicy” scent I’ve ever been drawn to.

Mortal

I don’t really take day/night dichotomies seriously but this is a serious Night perfume. Very heavy and strong, even on the wearer. I won’t be putting this on again unless the outfit or place actually calls for such pungent florals and dark fruit.
